1. Who we are
Dental SJT Practice is provided by Dentify Education Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to these terms.
2. What you are buying
A plan gives you a number of full practice papers (1, 3 or 5) on your account. Papers do not expire. Each paper is built for you from our question bank. Every account also gets one free 10-question sample.
The papers are practice material. We do not guarantee any result in the real test, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by NHS England.
3. Your account and the material
Keep your login details private. The questions, answers and explanations are our copyright and are shared with you for your own study. You must not copy, share or publish them, and you agree to our confidentiality agreement before each paper.
4. Refunds and cancellation
You can ask for a full refund by emailing hello@dentalsjt.co.uk within 14 days of buying, as long as you have not started any paper from that purchase.
Once you start a paper from a purchase, that purchase can no longer be refunded. When you buy, you ask for access to start straight away and accept that you lose your right to cancel once you start a paper.
If we refund a purchase, any unused papers from it are removed from your account. Your past scores stay visible.
5. Suspension
If you breach these terms, we may suspend or close your account without a refund. Nothing here limits your legal rights as a consumer.
6. Changes and contact
